Foundry01 LLC is committed to making Trace usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Conformance target

Trace targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA as its adopted accessibility standard, and substantially conforms to it today. Conformance is documented in an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5Rev, WCAG edition), which is available on request from the contact below.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier using Trace, please tell us. Email the accessibility contact below, or use the in-app feedback function. It helps if you can include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using.

Accessibility reports are logged in our engineering issue tracker under a dedicated accessibility label, triaged alongside other defects, and tracked to resolution. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.
